In our day-to-day work, we strive to:

Source materials, supplies and services ethically and sustainably
Limit unnecessary travel and use virtual tools where appropriate
Make environmentally conscious decisions in procurement and logistics
As we grow, we will continue to review our policies and explore more formal environmental targets and reporting tools.
Programme-Level Awareness
While our core focus is not environmental programming, we:
Encourage local solutions that are environmentally sustainable (e.g. school gardens, clean cooking initiatives)
Promote awareness of water, hygiene and sanitation practices that protect natural resources
Support education around climate change, especially where it intersects with community health and resilience
