Safeguarding and Safety
All individuals interacting with vulnerable children or adults through Apex Care Foundation must:
Complete required safeguarding checks and training (where applicable)
Follow our safeguarding policies and procedures at all times
Report any safeguarding concerns immediately and appropriately
Safety and wellbeing are our top priorities, and we expect the same commitment from everyone involved in our work.
Use of Materials
Unless otherwise stated, all content on our website, campaigns and platforms is the property of Apex Care Foundation. You may share, repost or use materials for non-commercial and awareness-raising purposes, but must credit the source and not alter the content in a misleading way.

Breach of Terms
If an individual or organisation is found to be in serious breach of these terms, we reserve the right to:
