This structure provides the legal framework for our governance, financial reporting and charitable oversight.
We are currently undergoing formal registration with the Charity Commission for England and Wales. This process involves:
Submitting our governing documents and charitable objectives
Demonstrating public benefit and financial transparency
Committing to annual reporting and regulatory accountability
Once complete, our registered charity number and compliance documents will be made publicly accessible via the Charity Commission website.
