Registration and Compliance

Apex Care Foundation is committed to operating with full transparency and in line with all applicable legal, regulatory and sector standards. Compliance is not just a requirement — it is a reflection of our values, and a core part of building trust with the people, partners and communities we serve.

Apex Care Foundation is registered as a private company limited by guarantee in England and Wales.

This structure provides the legal framework for our governance, financial reporting and charitable oversight.

Charity Registration (In Progress)

We are currently undergoing formal registration with the Charity Commission for England and Wales. This process involves:

  • Submitting our governing documents and charitable objectives

  • Demonstrating public benefit and financial transparency

  • Committing to annual reporting and regulatory accountability

Once complete, our registered charity number and compliance documents will be made publicly accessible via the Charity Commission website.

Regulatory Standards

We are committed to complying with all relevant legal and best practice standards, including:

  • UK charity law and regulations set by the Charity Commission

  • Data protection obligations under UK GDPR

  • Safeguarding standards as set by national frameworks and sector bodies

  • Health and safety responsibilities for staff, volunteers and service users

  • Fundraising code of practice, as guided by the Fundraising Regulator

  • Financial reporting and audit requirements for charitable companies

We also adopt good practice in areas such as conflict of interest management, whistleblowing and anti-fraud measures.
