What Community Engagement Means to Us

We don’t believe in top-down aid. We believe in standing alongside communities, not above them.
How We Engage
Our engagement methods include:
Community consultations – Listening sessions, surveys and roundtable discussions
Workshops and focus groups – Co-designing projects, tools and services
Ambassador programmes – Training local leaders to be advocates and connectors
Partnerships with community organisations – Collaborating with those already embedded in local networks
Events and outreach – Creating safe, inclusive spaces to build trust and connection
These approaches help us deliver support that is relevant, respectful and rooted in reality.
